Firefox/mozilla developers have not fixed this problem.

This plugin installs even if you are non privilege user.

While visiting any of phishing website, redirect addon is installed, subsequent firefox restart shows tells you that a new addon is installed, however checking add on list shows no addition.

As temporary solution, keep monitoring status bar to check if you redirected.

Install web security guard/crawler toolbar or any firefox extension that keeps for tracking phishing websites and warns you before you visit them.
